Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order details and supporting photos if applicable.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days
  • Since we operate with Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be issued through a mutually agreed payment method or bank transfer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer
  • Items returned after the allowed return period
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product if the item is defective or incorrect, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
