Return Eligibility

Refund Process

If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days
- Since we operate with Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be issued through a mutually agreed payment method or bank transfer
Non-Returnable Items

- Used or damaged products caused by the customer
- Items returned after the allowed return period
- Products missing original packaging or accessories
Exchange Policy
